This is our lovely Pucak! Awesome personality and extremely nice to guide us on what to do, what to avoid and best spots to take photos without being pestered by road vendors. Also takes care of our safety and stay near to us in places like Uluwatu to protect us from wild monkeys.
Thanks for driving us around and showing lovely Bali to us! Mom totally adore Bali now!
If you need a host too, give Pucak a call +62 81 138 5571 or email him at pucak@telkom.net!
Bali, we will be back!

Bali Day 4
Final day in Bali and we decided to take it slower.
Starting off with breakfast in balcony. The newer room is on level 2 and has a more vast view of the green padi field.
Pretty bland porridge but goes surprising well with their soy sauce.
Off to Ayana Spa!
Tons of awards
Look at this delicately decorated piece of art!
Friendly service staff
Huge dressing room
Will prefer a better quality robe.
My massage room
Spa at Anaya was pleasant but wasn't too mind blowing. Not too worth the price in my humble opinion. We spend close to SGD 400 for a 75 mins massage for two.
After massage we popped in to rip curl outlet stores and gotten a few good deals. And nasi padang before heading to the airport. Finally Pucak (Driver/guide) joined us for a meal and it was a very enjoyable local cruisine!
I was kinda expecting the food to really fill up the entire table. Ok, my expectations were a bit imaginative. =P
Bye bye Bali! I will be back!

Bali Day 3
Fresh fruits
Juice and toast
Off to silver factory
Scaling
Polishing
Then to get painting. This cat is done up with feathers... Amazing!
Gotten a three piece floral painting
Off to famous babi guling!
This is my table
Around Rp 27500 / Sgd 4.20
Crispy skin at Rp 33,000 / Sgd 3.60
Traditional corner
Dig in! Well flavored pork lean meat with one piece of crispy skin. The dish also comes with one small pork's blood intestine and fried intestines.
Big ass coconut
This is yummy!
And yes the pig is big!
Their business is so good that you can see traces of modern technology.
Tanah lot
Beautiful skin
Me molesting snake
During low tide season, you will be able to access Tanah lot temple. But only worshipers are allowed to go into the temple
Tide coming in slowly
Another family taking pictures with snake
And I got to try it too! Boy it was heavy! Cost Rp 80,000 / Sgd 12.20
The memorial wall that lists down the victim for Bali bombing 2002
That piece of land is still vacant at the moment after 8 years.
Kuta beach
Discovery shopping mall
Gotten some coffee fix!
How about some A&W too?
Off to Uluwatu temple. Bali's most spectacular temples located high on a cliff top at the edge of a plateau 250 feet above the waves of the Indian Ocean.
Our driver/guide Pucak accompany us into Uluwatu as the wild monkeys can be pretty aggressive in this area. But they still look somewhat cute. Mum was patting one of them and that monkey suddenly became slightly agitated and displayed his teeth. Pucak immediately stepped up and pulled mummy away.
Magnificent view
Off to Kecak dance
And the men comes in saying "kecak kecak kecak"
The globally recognized handsign
The outfit is very detail and pretty. PS: Don't go near this monkey. He will attempt to freak you out.
Jimbaran bay for dinner. Note: Tourist area = costly
Seafood dinner sets us back around Sgd 100 bucks. *Ouch*
Changed to another better room. Higher bed and still clean and well maintained.
