Kani Potato Salad



This is super easy and super yummy! It taste best if you get the real crab meat and not the imitation type.

Ingredients

4 potatoes
10 crab legs (Can be found in Giant)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 spring onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1 Put potatoes into a saucepan. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add water until potatoes are covered. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15-20 minutes, or until done - a fork can easily be poked through them.

2 Drain water from potatoes. Put hot potatoes into a bowl. Add mayonnaise and 8 shredded crab legs. You can use fork or potato masher to mash potatoes until well mashed. Salt and pepper to taste.

3 Sprinkle diced spring onions on top.
