Found a very interesting cake shop and tried the strawberry soufflé. Very delicate flavor with a well balance between cheese cake and a thin sponge cake base. Fresh strawberries and cream makes the cake very enjoyable. I have no idea why it's call soufflé as it has a denser texture to be called one. $5.30 / piece. Better to get it after 6pm Mon-Fri!
