Hong Kong 2009 Day 1

We flew on Cathay Pacific to Hong Kong and the food in Hong Kong is indeed not too bad!

Omelet sausage set on Cathay

Off to lunch after throwing our bags in hotel room. Hang Fa Lau restaurant.

XO cheong fan - I will recommend this as its stir fried with some char bits and very fragrant!

Black pepper chicken chop ain't too bad

Pork chop - not too bad

Pork ribs - Little bit tangy. Can give this a miss.

Soup noodles - Just nice

Mango sago - Slightly on the watery side. Can be more flavorful.

Black sesame paste - Thick and creamy

Off to Tian Mimi for more desserts!

Chocolate souffle

Orange Souffle

This is a MUST GO place! It's around ladies' street. Their beef balls are chewy and extremely fresh. Good soup base, flavorful and good noodle texture. Perfect note for dinner!
